We are also increasingly asked to provide advice on the growing cyber security threat and the steps that should be taken by our clients to ensure they are adequately insured and prepared to deal with the legal and commercial consequences of a cyber attack.
Our yacht team provides a 'cradle to grave' service to owners, brokers, insurers, charterers, managers and builders. In particular we advise on policy claims and coverage, finance, new building contracts, sale and purchase, insurance, casualty management and crewing.
